Zudie Revels Miller

Zudie Revels Miller, 84, of Gastonia, passed away, July 1, 2019 at Brian Center, Gastonia, NC.

She was born, August 26, 1934 in Gaston County, NC, daughter of the late Vester Revels and Myrtle Quinn Revels.

Zudie was a past member of Dallas Church of God. Mrs. Miller was a giving person and enjoyed spending time visiting her friends in the nursing home. When she was able, she was active in her church.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Vance Miller; sisters, Sarah Kellar, Mary Lou Wells, Brenda Reeves and Carolyn Culbertson; and daughter-in-law, Darlene Senter.

She is survived by her son, Rickey Senter; daughter, Debbie Ivester and husband Leroy; grandchildren, Stephanie Costner; Trinity Starnes, Alexandra and Hayley Senter; great-grandchildren, Hunter Bowlin, Skylar, Aidan, and Jack Starnes.

A memorial service officiated by Rev. Ron Duncan will be held 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 6, 2019 at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
