Zachary Elias Britton

Zachary Elias Britton, 9, of Belmont, NC, passed away Monday, May 30, 2022, at Caromont Regional Medical Center.

He was born November 18, 2012, a native of Gaston Co., son of Timothy Steven Britton and the late Crystal Lynn Blackman.

Zachary was an honor student at Gaston Virtual Academy, Gastonia, NC. He loved playing video games, animals and his fur babies, Dizzy, Caroline, and Kitty.

In addition to his mother, Zachary was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Daphene Britton.

Zachary is survived by his brothers, Timothy John Britton, Joshua Steven Britton, and Devan Hagans; sister, Kayla Britton Dillard; and grandparents, Angela Lane and husband James Holt.

A funeral service officiated by Pastor David Stewart will be held 2pm, Sunday, June 5, 2022, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC.

Family will receive friends one hour prior to service at the funeral home.

Burial will follow service at Evergreen Cemetery, Belmont, NC.
