Willie Hill Dameron

Willie Hill Dameron, 73, of Gastonia, NC, passed away Monday, September 18, 2023, at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia.

She was born September 15, 1950, a native of Gaston Co, NC, daughter of the late William and Betty Hill.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Ralph Hill.

Willie is survived by her husband of 42 years, Danny Dameron; sons, Scott Barnes and wife Crystal, Shane Barnes, and Chris Stuman; daughter, Dawn Yao; sister, Elaine Chapman; grandchildren, Stephanie, Amber, Trinity, Noah, Carmynn, Mya, Ethan, and Katlin; and 1 great-grandchild.

A funeral service officiated by Rev. Sam Barnette, will be held 11am, Friday, September 22, 2023, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052.

Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
