Willie Eugene Brown

Willie Eugene Brown, 49, of Tabor City, NC, passed away Thursday, February 17, 2022, at McLeod-Seacoast Medical, Little River, SC.

He was born November 20, 1972, in Gaston Co, NC, son of Billy Eugene Brown and Brenda Faye Simmons Brown.

Willie is the owner and operator of Eugene's Towing and Recovery, Tabor City, NC. He loved taking his children to car shows, fishing, or just spending time with them. He was the founder of the Carolina Player's Car Club.

He is preceded in death by his nephew, Bubba Brown.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sons, Willie Brown, Jr., Blade Brown, Bentley Brown, and Aiden Thomas; daughter, Kelsy Brown; brother, Darrell Brown (Julie); and sister, Lynn Brown (Troy).

A memorial service officiated by Pastor Gene Bates, will be held 4pm on Monday, February 21, 2022, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052.

Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
