William Eugene Goins

William Eugene Goins, 69, of Lincolnton, NC, passed away Monday, December 12, 2022, at his residence.

He was born June 17, 1953, in Gaston Co, NC, son of the late Clyde William Goins and Mary Sue Chapman Goins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Edith Allen; father-in-law, Thomas Torchia; mother-in-law, Helen Rose Bair; and stepfather, Larry Bair.

William is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Torchia Goins; daughter, Katharine Moss; brothers, Phillip Goins, and Andy Goins and wife Donna; sisters, Wanda Morrow, Henrietta Hill and husband Charlie, and Wilma Watts; and grandchildren, Robert Heffner, Eddie Moss, and James Moss; and brothers-in-law, Larry Bair, Jr., Joseph Bair, and Scott Bair.

Services will be held at the residence.
