William Perry Garmon

William Perry Garmon, 83, of Gastonia, passed away December 11, 2012 at Brian Center, Gastonia. He was born August 23, 1929 in Gaston County son of the late George Garmon and Catherine Smith Garmon. A graveside service will be held 12:00 noon on Thursday at Westview Gardens, Bessemer City. The family will receive friends 10:30 - 11:30 Thursday at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Rd., Gastonia. Mr Garmon is survivied by: his children, Gary Davenport Jr., Cathy "Gabby" Mintz, Billie Ann Hill; grandchildren, Derek Pittman, Tyler Howard, Amy Berry. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Garmon.
