William "Bill" Cyrus Savage

William "Bill" Cyrus Savage, 74, passed on January 23, 2022.

He was born in N.O. La. and worked at Howard Knit, QualiTee and Hillside Mobile Home Park.

Bill was a member of Davis Memorial Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his adored wife of 44 years, Linda Hoffman Savage; parents, Dorsey and Mary Savage; daughter, Stacey; 3 brothers; and 2 sisters.

Bill is survived by his son, Dwayne and wife, Yuling; granddaughters, Polly, and Ciera; 2 great-grandchildren, Brooklyn, and Blakely; and 2 sisters.

A funeral service officiated by Pastor Larry McAlister, will be held 7pm on Thursday, January 27, 2022, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052.

Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Burial will be held at Salisbury National Cemetery.
