Will Ervin Absher Jr.

Will Ervin Absher, Jr. 68, of Kings Mountain, passed away Sunday, January 29, 2017 at White Oak Manor, Kings Mountain.

He was born February 6, 1948 in Gaston County, to the late Will Absher, Sr. and Bonnie Absher.

Will was member of Long Creek Presbyterian Church of Kings Mountain and Second Baptist of Cherryville.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Susan C. Absher.

Left to cherish his memories are his son, Jason Absher; brother, David Absher and wife Vickie; sisters, Nancy England, Sue Lovelace and husband Hal; numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephew.

A memorial service officiated by Dr. Charles Davenport will be held 3:00 pm Thursday, February 2, 2017, at the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 216 Archie Whitesides Road, Gastonia.

Visitation will be held 2-2:45 pm prior to the service.
