Wayne Humphries

Wayne Humphries, 62, of Kings Mountain, passed away June 3, 2024, at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia.

He was born February 6, 1962, in Cleveland County, son of the late Edward Humphries and Margaret Clary Barker.

Wayne was a kind man who enjoyed working with his hands.

In addition to his parents, Wayne was preceded in death by a brother, Darrell Humphries.

Wayne is survived by his brothers, Lawrence Humpries (Saranan) and Eddie Humphries; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at 3:00 pm, at Sunrise Baptist Church, 208 Mail Road, Kings Mountain, officiated by Pastor Dennis Harmon.  The family will greet guests after the service.
