Wayne Thomas Dunn

Wayne Thomas Dunn, 65, of Lincolnton, passed away peacefully Tuesday, January 7th. He was born January 21, 1948, son of the late, Vest and Mary Dunn. He was a native of Gaston County and a US Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. A memorial service will be held at 6 pm, Sunday, January 12th at Webbs Chapel Baptist Church, 3051 Gaston Webbs Chapel Rd., Lincolnton officiated by Rev. Tim Spenser with visitation following. Wayne is survived by: his wife, Sandra Dunn of over 49 years; daughters, Dawn Ramey and husband, Michael, Robin Williams and husband, Ernie; son, Randy Dunn and wife, Dana; brother, Bill Dunn; sister, Joyce Alexander; grandchildren, Brandy Prince, Ashley Ervin Cherry, Christopher Ervin; great-grandchildren, Kaylee Ervin, Daizee Ervin and Allie Cherry. In addition to his parents, Wayne was preceded in death by his father and mother-in-law, Mart and Maggie Pierce.
