Wanda Jane Taggart

Gastonia, NC Wanda Jane Taggart, 66, passed away June 4, 2013, at The Robin Johnson House, Dallas. She was born March 26, 1947 in Rock Hill, SC, daughter of the late James and Anne Rollins Rawdon. Wanda was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church, Gastonia. At the time of her death, Wanda was employed at Covenant Village, Gastonia. A memorial service will be held 7 pm on Thursday at Greene Funeral Service, South Chapel, Gastonia, officiated by Rev. Dickie Spargo. The family will receive friends 6-7 pm prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home. Interment is private. She is survived by: her children, Robert Keith Dunn, Cheryl DeMarques, Crystal Pentz and her husband, Karl, Christopher DeMarques, all of Gastonia; brother, Steve Rawdon of Rock Hill, SC; sister, Sherry Thomas of Myrtle Beach, SC; four grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by: sister, Sue Bridges; brothers, Bobby and Johnny Rawdon. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Gaston Hospice, P. O.
