Violet Diane Martin

Violet Diane Martin, 71, of Lincolnton, NC passed away November 15, 2020 at her home.

She was born April 3, 1949 in Gaston County, NC to the late Ralph Worth Stacy and Geneva Hall Stacy.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Linwood Martin and a son, Charlie Howard Martin.

Violet is survived by two sons, Charlie Linwood Martin, Jr., and wife Toni, and Mark Christopher Martin and wife Annette; two daughters, Tracy Martin and husband Danny, and Elizabeth Lynn Houser and husband Darren; grandchildren, Amanda Martin and husband Timothy, Christopher Martin and wife Brittany, Kayla Putnam and husband Tyler, Noah Putnam, Kristin Putnam and husband Dequan, Savannah Houser, and Jesslyn Houser; great-grandchildren, Jacob Martin, Timothy Dixon, Jr., and Kaylee Dixon; and long time friend, Pat Reece.

Services will be announced at a later date.

Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC.
