Vickie Mccraw Weege

Vickie McCraw Weege, 72, of Belmont, NC, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at her residence.

She was born in Mecklenburg County, NC, on August 7, 1952, to Lois Owenby Montenegro and the late Charles McCraw.

Vickie was a member of United Baptist Church in Gastonia, NC. She loved her church and her church family. She especially loved her husband, children, grandchildren and great-granddaughter. Her family meant the world to her.

Vickie is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Wink Weege; daughters, Dawn Graham (Rodney), Brandi Hayes (Dennis); sisters, Sherry Quilliams, Teresa Walker (Bruce); two grandchildren, Harleigh Guffie (Havan), Victoria Graham, one great-granddaughter, Hazel Grace Guffie.

A funeral service officiated by Pastor Ray Pennell will be held Monday, March 10, 2025, 1:00 PM, at United Baptist Church, 1970 Lowell Bethesda Road, Gastonia, NC 28056.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 - 1:00 PM prior to the service at the church. The burial will follow the service at Gaston Memorial Park.
