Vickie Pate

Vickie Pate, 77, of Gastonia, NC, passed away Friday, May 31, 2024, at her residence.

She was born in Gaston County on December 24, 1946, to the late Albert and Addie Parham.

Vickie was a member of Ridge Baptist Church. She loved her family and her cat. She enjoyed watching television and shopping.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her daughter, Donna Pate; sister, Gayle Hart; and a great-grandson.

Vickie is survived by her son, Jerry Clarence Pate II (Toni); best friends, Kimberly Hannon, Joe Anderson; two grandsons; one great-grandchild; nephew, Donald Hart (Nicki); fur baby, Lucky.

A graveside service officiated by Rev. Chester Waters, will be held Monday, June 3, 2024, 3:30 PM, at Olney Presbyterian Church Cemetery, 251 Olney Church Road, Gastonia, NC.
