Vickie Braswell Greene, 60, of Stanley, passed away October 23, 2017 at Caromont Regional Medical Center.
She was born January 9, 1957, a native of Gaston County, the daughter of the late John and Leona Braswell.
Vickie was a member of Community Pentecostal Center of Stanley. Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Robert Brian Greene; daughters, Dana Stockton, Amy Waters (Robert), Tori Greene, Candi Morrow (Rob); sisters, JoAnn Wiggins and Kay Braswell; grandchildren, Brianna and Edwin Stockton, Benjamin, Andrew, Samuel, Heather Waters, Gabriel Skarpalezos and great-granddaughter, Kyleigh Wiggins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Buster Stockton.
A funeral service, officiated by Pastor Eddie McGinnis, will be held 2 pm Friday, October 27, 2017 at Greene Funeral Service – South Chapel 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Her final resting place will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.
Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
