Tracy Albert Robinson

Tracy Albert Robinson, 52, of Gastonia, NC, passed away Sunday, May 14, 2023, at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia.

He was born December 2, 1969, a native of Gaston Co, NC, son of the late Edgar Charles Robinson Jr.
and Thelma Grigg Robinson.

Tracy was well loved by family and friends. He was warm-hearted and funny. He would give a stranger a kind word and the shirt off his back if needed.  His granddaughter wrote a tribute to him, "Pa Pa Tracy was crazy, as red as the fires he jumped over. He was awesome and amazing; he was a great Pa Pa and a great person. He was full of love and all that he radiated out, he will always stay in our hearts, and his crazy self will always be in our minds. Go home and take a shot, for the best man!"

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Chris Robinson, and Eric Robinson.

Tracy is survived by his loving wife, Terrie Bailey Robinson; sister, Annette Robinson; brother: Edgar C. Robinson, III; daughter, Tonda Moore; granddaughter, Adrianna Fox; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held 1pm, Saturday, May 27, 2023, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052.
