Tony Poole

Tony Neal Poole, 55, of Gastonia, passed away on Friday, November 5, 2021, at his residence.

Born on December 16, 1965, in Cleveland County, NC, Tony was the son of Melinda McKinney Poole and the late Steve Poole.

Tony was a Veteran of the US Army. He loved motorcycles and was a member of a few motorcycle clubs. Tony loved his job at McMurray Fabrics and was employed there until 2020.

Left to cherish Tony's memories are his loving wife of 31 years, Vickie Poole; son, Anthony Poole (Ashley); daughter, Stephanie Griffey; mother, Melinda Poole; sister, Lisa Laughlin (Rick); grandchildren, Chris Griffey, Mason Walker, Dalton Poole, and Liam Poole; and fur babies, Max and Kobi.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 1503 S York Rd, Gastonia, NC, 28052.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Disabled American Veterans - PO Box 14301, Cincinnati, OH 45250-0301-www.dav.org.
