Tony Allen Patterson

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Tony Allen Patterson, a beloved father, friend, and drummer, who left us on September 16, 2026. Born in Gastonia, NC, Tony spent his life in the loving embrace of his family in Crouse, NC, where he was known for his kind heart and selfless nature.

Tony was a man of many passions. His love for music, particularly 80's rock, resonated throughout his life. He played drums in a band and shared his musical enthusiasm with his children, Christopher and Alexis, encouraging them to embrace the joy of music. Many cherished memories were made as he and Christopher bonded over beats and rhythms, creating a soundtrack to their lives filled with laughter and love.

When he wasn't making music, Tony could often be found fishing by the water or tending to his beloved animals, especially his chickens. His humble home was a sanctuary for both family and furry friends alike. It was in these simple pleasures that Tony found true happiness, surrounded by those he valued most.

Always thinking of others, he inspired those around him with his selflessness and kindness. Whether he was helping a neighbor or lending a listening ear, Tony's compassion left a lasting impact on everyone he met. He truly embodied what it meant to be a great guy.

Though he is no longer with us, Tony's legacy will live on in the memories we hold dear and in the laughter shared among family and friends. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

Tony was preceded in death by: Ronald Patterson, Beatrice Patterson.
