Tony Lee Gunter

Tony Lee Gunter, 44, of Kings Mountain, passed away unexpectedly on May 22, 2021.

Tony was born May 11, 1977, in Gastonia, to Melanie Johnson and Steve Gunter (Barbara).

He was the father to the late Dalson Gunter and grandson to the late James (Runt) and Sarah Gunter.

Tony was a caring and loving person. He never met a stranger and had a heart of gold. Tony loved the beach and being outdoors.

Tony is survived by his wife, Sarah Gunter, whom he loved dearly; his daughter, Brooklyn Thomas, (Jacob), whom he cherished; his son Davin Gunter, whom he was so proud of. His grandchildren, Lillie-Alice, Emerson and Milo Thomas. They were his loves and his heart.

Tony is also survived by his brothers, Steve Gunter, Ray Gunter(Amber), Erik Gunter(Sabrina), Jay Davis(Stephanie); sisters, Heather Davis and Holly Ingle; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; his best friend and brother-in-law, Brad Dees.

Tony, you will always and forever be in our hearts.

The family will hold a celebration of Tony's life at a later date.
