Tommy Leo Thompson

Tommy Leo Thompson, 89, passed away October 3, 2014 at Robin Johnson House, Dallas. He was born May 16, 1925 in Elizabethtown, NC, son of the late Homer Thompson and Sallie Benson Christmas. All services are private. Left to cherish Tommy's memories are his sons, Wilbur Thompson of Lincolnton; Joe Thompson and wife Brenda and Homer Thompson both from Mt. Pleasant, Texas; daughters, Sally Dellinger of Lincolnton; Janice Barnes and husband Richard of Mt. Holly; Tammy Cleaver of Huntersville; and many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Green Thompson; brother, Mack Thompson; sisters, Genoa Saunders, Lillie Bristow, and Geneva Thompson.
