Timothy R. Vincent Sr.

Timothy R. Vincent Sr., 77, of Cramerton NC, passed away Friday, December 1, 2023, at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia.

A native of Gaston County, he was born on August 26, 1946, to the late Rufus and Evelyn Vincent.

Timothy was a member of West Cramerton Baptist Church.  He was a veteran of the United States Army. He loved to fish, and he loved helping people. He was a wonderful father and grandfather. And great-grandfather. He loved his family.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his first wife, Carolyn Floyd Vincent; son, Mickey Vincent; brothers, Darrel Watts, Ricky Vincent.

Timothy is survived by his wife Rita Barber Vincent; son, Timothy R. Vincent Jr. (Leah); daughter, Bonnie Patterson; sister, Pam Langley (Ernest); grandchildren, Gary Johnson Jr., Ashley Boggess, Joey Raborn Jr., Asia Vincent, Lee'a Vincent, Timmie Vincent, Christian Vincent, Cayla Vincent; great-grandchildren, Alexis Jedlica, Natalie Boggess, Bentley Johnson, Kaleigh Johnson, Jackson Vincent, Auburn Adams, Drysten Jenkins.

A Gathering of Friends and Family will be held at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, Wednesday, December 6, 2023, 6:00 – 7:00 pm.
