Timothy Lee Gibson

Timothy Lee Gibson, 57, of Huntersville, NC, passed away Thursday, September 29, 2022, at his residence.

He was born June 19, 1965, in Mecklenburg County, NC.

Tim was an ASE Certified Ford mechanic. He formerly worked at Rick Ford in Clover, SC. He was a wonderful son, father, brother, uncle, and friend. Tim was very loyal to, and protective of his family. He will be missed by many.

He is preceded in death by his grandmothers, Gladys Dellinger and Pauline Gibson.

Tim is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Ann Gibson, father, Lanny Gibson, daughter, Brittni Gibson, brother; Shane Gibson, sisters; Kimberly Durden and husband Daniel, Lannie LaFar, nephews; Daniel Durden and wife Tracee, Brandon Human, Adam Beckham and wife Jessica, Stephen Durden, niece; Baylee LaFar, great-nieces; Payten and Faith Durden, aunt; Jane McManus and husband Jerry, and 21 cousins.

A memorial service officiated by Pastor Donnie Hodge Jr. will be held Saturday, October 15, 2022, at 3:00 PM at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematory at 1503 S. York Road, Gastonia, NC 28052.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
