Tim Price

Tim Price, 52, of Kings Mountain, passed away on June 30, 2020, at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia.

He was born December 8, 1967, in Cleveland County, son of the late Gail Price Metcalf.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by grandparents, Frank, and Marie Price.

Tim enjoyed working for Turner Trucking in Boiling Springs and driving trucks across the country. He was a 1986 graduate of Kings Mountain High School. As a child he enjoyed helping his grandfather, Frank Price with his business Price's Cab Company in Kings Mountain. He later went on to have his own cab company.

A gathering of family and friends will be 3:00 pm Wednesday, July 8, 2020, at Mountain Rest Cemetery in Kings Mountain.

Tim is survived by his sister, Leanne Deviney and husband, Randy; niece, Maggie Deviney; special friends, Kerrie Freeman, Jordan Valles, Patricia Blevins.

Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
