Kings Mountain
Tim Bumgardner, 58, of Kings Mountain, passed away November 13, 2018 at CaroMont Regional Medical Center.
He was born July 14, 1960 in Lincoln County, the son of the late John Thomas Bumgardner and Georgia Ann Neal.
Tim loved his family, loved to fish and go to Carowinds. He loved to drive his truck all over the country. He was a former driver for Marten Trucking.
He is survived by his fiancée, Deanna Turner; son, John Bumgardner and wife Amber; daughters, Beth Phillips and husband Tino, Brandy Wood and Grace Bumgardner; grandchildren, Malyk Phillips, Nathaniel, Sebastian and Isabella Wood; brother, Johnny Bumgardner and wife Mary; sister, Reida Womble and husband Tommy and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Daniel and Ralph Bumgardner.
A memorial service, officiated by Pastor Barry Philbeck will be held 4 pm Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Love Valley Baptist Church, 2032 Bethlehem Rd., Kings Mountain, NC.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
