Thomas Edward Sparks, 61, of Clover, SC, passed away July 5, 2016 at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill.
He was born November 13, 1954 in Vermilian County, Illinois, the son of DeVaughn Evan Sparks and the late Lois Anderson Hoskins.
Left to cherish his memories are his father Devaughn Sparks and wife Hallie of York, SC; daughter Courtney Sparks of Virginia Beach, VA; sister Marsha Lamberson and husband Donnie of Milton, TN; brothers Vernon Manus and wife Marlene, Edwin Manus and wife Libby, Mike Manus and wife Vada, all of South Carolina.
Private services will be held at a later date.
