Thomas Lee Crowe, Sr.

Thomas Lee Crowe, Sr., 82, of Gastonia, NC, passed away Sunday, September 4, 2022, at his residence.

He was born August 29, 1940, in Cherokee Co, SC, son of the late Ambrose Crowe and Ellen Correll.

Thomas was a member of South Gastonia Pentecostal Holiness Church. He loved his wife of 58 years, Odessa, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Tommy was a man of God with strong convictions. He was a generous man who not only cared for his family but those around him.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Odessa Crowe; son, Joey Lee Crowe; and brother, James Crowe.

Thomas is survived by his son, Thomas Lee Crowe, Jr. and wife Crystal; daughter, Alisa Crowe; grandchildren, Chrissen Johnson, Katie Queen, Tayler Colesworthy, Anna Styers, and Mara Crowe; and great-grandchildren, Isaiah Griffin, Slater Johnson, Chevelle Johnson, Kassidy Queen, Connor Styers, and Addison Styers.

A funeral service officiate by Pastor David Tucker, will be held 2pm on Thursday, September 8, 2022, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 280522.

Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Burial will follow the service at Westview Gardens, Bessemer City, NC.
