Tho Phaolo Vinh Tran, 69 year of age of Charlotte, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 4, 2020 at home surrounded by his family.
Tho was born August 9, 1950 in Saigon South Viet Nam. He was enlisting to the Viet Nam Navy in 1970 and was sent to Illinois for the Navy training. He came back to Saigon after months of Navy training courses, he married to Hue Thi Nguyen on November 1970 and they had three children together. He and his wife came to the United States in 2007 and started to work for HMS Host Co. He is very dedicating and very hard working until his health prevented his service. Tho is a very good handy man, he loved do yard work and woodwork. He is a very caring and loving person and devoted husband.
Tho leaves many memories to his wife; son; two daughters; five grandchildren; five brothers; four sisters; and many friends.
Tho will lie in state 9am – 1 pm on Monday to Wednesday at Greene Funeral Service, South Chapel – 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052.
Service will be 9:00 am on Thursday.
