Theodore Wilson

Theodore Wilson, 90, of Kings Mountain, passed away, Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at Country Time Inn, Cleveland County. He was born July 4, 1923 in Jackson County to the late James and Dovie Wilson. He was a loving, devoted husband, father, and grandfather whose family was the focus of his life. The family wishes to express appreciation to the staff of Hospice and Country Time Inn. A celebration of life graveside service was held Friday at 2:00 pm at Edgewood Cemetery officiated by Brother David Henderson. The family received friends Thursday 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Greene Funeral Services - South Chapel - 1503 S York Rd. Gastonia. He is survived by his son Rodney Wilson and wife Kathy and 3 grandchildren; Josh, Shannon and Shawn Wilson all of Gastonia. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Rita Warren Wilson; brothers: Tommy, Charlie, Frank and Alex Wilson; and sisters: Britta Lee Hooper and Birdie Grant.
