Thelma Irene Stiles, 70, passed away October 30, 2017 at Caromont Regional Medical Center.
She was born May 11, 1947 in Union County, SC, the daughter of Ocie Wynn and Flossie Waldrop Wynn.
Thelma was a member of Holiness Church of God in Gastonia.
Left to cherish her memories are her son, James Stiles, Jr. "Eli" and wife, Dana of Clover; sister, Juanita Kendrick of Union, SC; grandchildren, Cody and Sierra Stiles of Clover, SC; sisters-in-law, Mary and Betty Wynn.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, JC Stiles and brothers, Robert, Jack and Buddy Wynn.
A funeral service will be held 11 am Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Greene Funeral Service – South Chapel, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, officiated by Pastor Sandra Lane.
The family will receive friends 7 – 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Her final resting place will be in Westview Gardens.
Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
