Clover, SC Thelma P. Nivens, 80, of Clover, SC passed away Wednesday, November 20th, at her residence. She was born, March 9, 1933 in Cherokee County, SC daughter of the late Willie Peterson and Nuna Bolin Peterson. A graveside service will be held 2 pm on Friday at Lakeview Memory Gardens, 1774 US Highway 321 S, York, SC officiated by Rev. Ronnie Bolin. Pallbearers: Rusty Badger, Josh Ray, Curtis Bowles, Dustin Nichols, Chuck Galloway, Chris Wylie, Scott Moss, and Bobby Moore. The family will be receiving friends 6-8 pm on Thursday at Greene Funeral Service - South Chapel 1503 S York Rd., Gastonia The family wishes to send a special thank you to Aunt Nellie Wylie for your love, support and caringness. She is survived by: son, Donnie Nichols and wife Cissy; daughters, Ann Bowles and SueTaylor and husband Tim; one brother, three sisters; grandchildren, Dustin Nichols, Josh Ray, Rusty Badger and wife Becky, Curtis Bowles and a great-grandchild, Jadis Ray. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by: Her husband, Jim Nivens and sons Mark and Roger Westmoreland.
