Terry Lee Ammons

Terry Lee "Jughead" Ammons, 72, of Lowell, passed away, Friday, March 30, 2018 at CaroMont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia.

Jughead was born June 2, 1945, in Gaston County, son of the late Algie Ammons and Pauline Holland Ammons.

He retired after 30 years with JP Stevens, Boger City.

Left to cherish his memories are children, Lisa Carrigan, Terry J. Ammons, Chasity Ammons Dickinson; siblings, Mary Ellen "Dood" Stamey and spouse, Randy Ammons and spouse, Jake Ammons and spouse; 8 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.

Celebration of life will be held from 6:00-8:00 pm, Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gaston County Hospice, PO Box 3984, Gastonia, NC, 28054.
