Terri Mcgregor

Terri Walker "Mama Dukes" McGregor, 63, of Gastonia, passed away Thursday, November 11, 2021, at Caromont Regional Medical Center.

A Gaston County native, she was born October 15, 1958, daughter of Mary Owens Walker and the late Thomas Eugene Walker.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Sally Teague Owens and Marshall Owens.

Terri attended Friendly Baptist Church in Gastonia.

She was a loving mother and grandmother.

She faithfully supported St. Jude Children's Hospital.

Left to cherish her memories, in addition to her mother, are her sons, Wayne Millwood and Shane Millwood; brother, David Walker and wife Dawn; grandchildren, Lacee Millwood and fiancé Donnie Harris, Bryden Poteet; fiancé, Tim Ervin; aunts, Shelby Canipe and Patricia Bradley; uncle, Marshall Lewis Owens and wife Linda; niece and nephew, Wendy and Beau Lytton, David Walker Jr., and fur-baby, Max.

A funeral service, officiated by Pastor Marshall Owens, will be held Monday, November 15, 2021, at 6:00pm at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
