She was born August 18, 1961, in Gaston County, daughter of the late William Gene Scruggs and Carolyn Doby Scruggs.
A funeral service will be held 1:00pm Monday, December 4, 2017, at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Rd. Gastonia.
The family will receive friends 6- 9pm Sunday, December 3, 2017 at the funeral home.
Interment will be at Gaston Memorial Park, Gastonia.
Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
