Teresa is survived by her husband, William John Osburn; mother, Marguerite Robbins Phillips of Clover; children, Angela F Sexton of Sharon, SC, Ashley E Fischbach of Hickory Grove, SC; sister, Robin Moss of Clover; brother, Thomas Neil Phillips (Melissa) of Clover; stepchildren, Rose Pontus and April Menendez (Brian) both of Fort Mill; and 4 grandchildren.
