Teresa G. Jenkins

Teresa G. Jenkins, 63, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away Saturday, January 28, 2023 at Atrium Health-Cleveland.

She was born in Gaston County on December 23, 1959, to the late James and Shelby Milwood.

Having the right words to say when losing a loved one is tough! Teresa Jenkins passed away peacefully at Atrium Health Cleveland.  I am so glad that her family were able to say their goodbyes. We are sure Michael was there waiting for her with open arms. I know they missed each other dearly. This is way harder than we could have ever imagined! We all will miss you so much! Watch down on us as we all try to mend our broken hearts!

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James "Jessy" Jenkins; son, Michael Jenkins; brother, Jimmy Milwood; significant other, Billy Arrowood.

Teresa is survived by her sons, Donald Jenkins and wife Stephanie, Timothy Jenkins; brother, Squeaky Milwood and wife Paula; sisters, Cathy Pruitt and husband Jerry, Brenda Cobbs and husband Randy; grandchildren, Jordan Jenkins, Christopher Simon, Brittany Jenkins, Michael Jenkins, Jaylen Jenkins, Jessy Jenkins, Sarah Jenkins, Scott Jenkins, Cullyn Thompson, Bellamy Jenkins; many loved nieces and nephews.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held Sunday, February 5, 2023, from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematory, 1503 S. York Road, Gastonia, NC 28052.
