Teresa Louann Early

Teresa Louann Early, 65, of Dallas, passed away at her home on May 2, 2020.

A native of Gaston County, she was born January 20, 1955 to the late Lou and Mattie Coleman Johnson.

Teresa was a Christian lady who loved singing, gospel music, and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two great-grandsons, Maverick and Jasper Brooks.

Teresa is survived by her husband of 49 years, Steve Early; a son Louie Early and wife, Barbara; a daughter Jennifer Shipp and husband, Lathan; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

A memorial service, officiated by Rev. Mike Wilson, will be held Saturday, May 9 at 2:00 pm at 324 Reese Wilson Road, Belmont, NC with the releasing of the doves.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 4701 Hedgemore Drive, Suite 810, Charlotte, NC 28209.
