Teresa Barnes

Teresa Barnes of Shelby passed away Tuesday, November 11, 2025. She was born March 29 1959, in Maryland, daughter of Barbara Rupp and the late Herman Covington.

Teresa was a smart and happy person that enjoyed relaxing and taking care of her pets. She was always willing to help other people and wanted to make things better than how she found them. We are deeply saddened by her passing but now she feels no more pain.

She is survived by her mother, Barbara, her children, grandchildren, siblings, nephews, stepfather, Frank Rupp, and Bryan and Jesse Williams.
