Ted Hodge

Ted Hodge, 53, of Cramerton, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2023, at his residence.

He was born April 1, 1969, in Gaston County to the late Jack Hodge and Betty Sue Bradley.

Ted loved the outdoors and loved to meet people.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brothers, Frankie Hodge, Richard Hodge, Steven Hodge.

Ted is survived by his wife of 27 years, Patsy Kirby Hodge; sons, Jody Hutchens, Jeff Hutchens, Sam Hutchens; daughter, Crystal Hutchens; brothers, Jimmy Hodge, Ned Hodge, Daniel Hodge; sister, Jackie Ashbaugh; nine grandchildren, Danny Sanderson, Dustin Hutchens, Owen Hutchens, Travis Hutchens, Matthew Rakin, Chance Rakin, Daniel Buchanan, Stephen Buchanan, Kimberly Buchanan.

A funeral service will be held Friday, March 31, 2023, 2:00 PM at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052. Burial will follow at Armstrong Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Thursday, March 30, 2023, from 6:00 -8:00 PM at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service.
