Tammie Teague

Tammie Lynn Pendleton Teague, 61, of Gastonia, passed away September 28, 2022, at Caromont Regional Medical Center.

She was born May 13, 1961, in Gaston County, NC, to the late Everett and Rachel Melton Pendleton.

Tammie was a member of Zion Baptist Church in Gastonia.  She loved her family dearly.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Neil Pendleton.

Tammie is survived by her husband, Eddie Teague; three sons, Larry Nation and wife Shellie, Eddie Teague Jr., and John Henry Tallent; a daughter, Michelle Phillips and husband Doug; two sisters, Brenda Pendleton and husband Gene Rowland, and Susan Teague and husband Harold; six grandchildren, Logan Russo, Makayla Stewart, Bryson Nation, Matthew Phillips, Ricky Phillips, and Blaine Nation; and three great-grandchildren, Emily Russo, Bubba Russo, and Edan Stewart.

A service to celebrate the life of Tammie will be held Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at 3:00 pm at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052.  Pastor Leo Kuykendol will officiate the service.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Interment will follow the service at Westview Gardens, 1123 Edgewood Road, Bessemer City, NC 28016.
