Susan Welch

Susan Kay Welch, 63, of Gastonia, passed away on Monday, February 22, 2021 at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia.

She was born on October 10, 1957, in Genesee County, MI, to Edward Allen and the late Janet Venters Allen.

Susan was a member of Zion Baptist Church of Gastonia and she loved the Lord with all her heart.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her mother and father-in-law, Faye and Bobby Welch, and brother-in-law, Danny Welch.

Left to cherish Susan's memories are her father, Edward Allen; loving husband of 29 years, David Welch; sisters, Tina Sparks (Ron), and Lisa Burgess (Bob); sister-in-law, Sandy Rohring (Bobby); brother-in-law, Tony Welch; and numerous nieces and nephews.

All services for Mrs. Welch are private.
