Susan Arline Walsh Hunter

Susan Arline Walsh Hunter, 60, of Bessemer City, passed away December 25, 2023, at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia.

She was born June 18, 1963, in Wayne County, Michigan, daughter of the late James Walsh and Shirley Cavender Gibson.

A memorial service will be held 5:00 pm Thursday, December 28, 2023, at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Road Gastonia, officiated by Rev. Sam Barnette.

Susan is survived by her son, Steven Johnson (Sommer Pressley); spouse, Shane Johnson; granddaughter, Alissa Johnson; grandson, Elijah Johnson; brothers, Jim Burke, Scott Burke; sister, Melissa Gibson.

In addition to her parents, Susan was preceded in death by her sisters, Kathy Burke, Sherri Lanier
