Steve Allen Gilbow, Sr.

Steve Allen Gilbow Sr., 54, of Kings Mountain, passed away on November 28, 2015, at CMC Main Hospital, Charlotte. He was born May 12, 1961, in Baltimore, MD, son of Catherine Faye Gilbow and the late Kenneth Clifford Gilbow Sr. Steve was a kindhearted devoted son and beloved brother. He was a dedicated worker who always saw the job through. He enjoyed sitting outside and relaxing on his front porch with family and friends. A celebration of Steve's life will be held 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Rd. Gastonia, officiated by Pastor Larry Laws. In addition to his mother, he is survived by brothers, Kenneth Clifford Gilbow Jr., Jeff Wayne Gilbow, Calvin Lee Gilbow, Timothy Dale Gilbow; sisters, Debra Faye Gibson, Penny Gail Welch, Pamela Kay Gilbow; grandchildren, Christian, Hallie and Teyla Gilbow. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his son, Steve Allen Gilbow Jr.; brother, William Edward Gilbow Sr. Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
