Stephen Jerome Ward, 60, of Gastonia, passed away Saturday, November 25, 2017, at his home.
He was born August 23, 1957, in Richmond County, son of Jeanette Watson Ward and the late Bill Ward.
In addition to his mother, left to cherish his memories are brothers, Johnny Ward, Chester Ward; sisters, Felicia DeGraw and husband, Steve, Levita Ward, best friends, Jeff, Earl, John, Randy, Norma and Steve.
A graveside service will be held at 2:30pm, on Thursday, at Gaston Memorial Park, officiated by Pastor Steve Black.
Visitation will be held at 1:00-2:00pm, on Thursday, at Greene Funeral Service, 1503 South York Rd, Gastonia.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to, Fur Babies Animal Rescue, 4209 Nagle Dr., Indian Trail, NC, 28079.
Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
