Sinjin "Ninja" Mccullough

Sinjin "Ninja" McCullough, 30, of Mooresboro, NC, passed away October 21, 2024, at his home.

He was born May 23, 1994, in Aiken, South Carolina, he was the son of Chanteil McCullough and James "Punk" Rippy.

Whether he was in a creek, playing Frisbee with his daughter or watching his garden grow, he loved being outside. He played the guitar every chance he got.

He started doing concrete work with no knowledge of any of it, a little over 6 years ago. It was no time before he realized he had a passion for it. Not one person could talk to him without concrete coming up as the subject. He was proud of his work and pushed himself to learn more and more about it every day.

He loved one thing more than the concrete business and that was his precious family, his world revolved around them. We hope that Ninja's passing brings a little more awareness to three things, 1. How important time with your family is 2. Mental health is important. 3. Concrete.

A celebration of Ninja's life will be held 6:00 pm Thursday, October 31, 2024, at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Road Gastonia, officiated by Pastor Ryan McCluney.

The family will receive friends 5-6 pm Thursday at the funeral home.

Ninja is survived by his wife, Terri "Sug" McCullough; daughters, Gracie Rae Hamrick and Delilah "Hank" McCullough; sons, Damion and Kane Greene; parents, Chanteil and "Punk"sisters, Sareena Hullender, Charleigh Storm, Jaelynn Rippy; brothers, Kayden Baker, Elijah McCullough; granddaughter, Karri Miller; two nieces and one nephew; special aunt, Julia "Sissy" McCullough; special friends, TJ White, Jeff Heavener and Luis Wawa.
