Shirley Ann Robinson

March 11, 1946 — August 19, 2024

Shirley Robinson, 78, of Stanley, NC, passed away August 19, 2024, at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia, NC.

She was born March 11, 1946, in Anderson, SC, to the late John William and Clara Thomas Rose.

Shirley attended Trinity Full Gospel Church in Stanley. She loved animals.

In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Robinson.

Shirley is survived by her son, Jon Robinson; special caregiver, Brenda Nicholson and husband Robert, and daughter Brianna; and her fur baby, Little Bit.

A service to celebrate Shirley's life will be held Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at 3:00 pm at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at Westview Gardens in Bessemer City, NC.
