Shirley Faye Mosteller, 77, of Gastonia, NC, passed away August 2, 2022, at Country Time Inn, Kings Mountain, NC.
She was born July 7, 1945, in Jackson County, NC to the late Frank and Britta Wilson Hooper.
Shirley was a cake decorator for retail grocery.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, David Davis, her daughter, Pamela Cheatham, a brother, Ronald Hooper and two sisters, Sandra Ogden, and Gail Hooper.
She is survived by daughters, Beth Davis, Teresa Armstrong, brother, Roger Hooper (Pam), eight grandchildren and twenty great-great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held 1-2:30 pm, Saturday, August 6, 2022, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052.
