Shirley Hannah Walker

Shirley Hannah Walker, 82, of Gastonia, NC, passed away, Sunday, June 13, 2021, at her residence.

She was born June 8, 1939, in Gaston Co., NC, daughter to the late Paul Hannah and Bonnie Brown Hannah.

Shirley was a member of VFW Auxiliary Club. She was a loving and kind person.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Dariel E. Walker; son, Ronald Roberts; and brothers, Leroy Brown, Leonard Hannah, Edward Hannah, Fred Hannah and Calvin Hannah.

She is survived by her daughter, Saundra Crego; cousin/sister, Martha Stone; and sister, Joyce Rice.

A funeral service will be held 2 pm on Thursday, June 17, 2021 at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052.

Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Burial will be held at Gaston Memorial Park, Gastonia.
