Shirley Wylie Case

Shirley Wylie Case, 82, of Lowell, passed away July 10, 2017 at her residence.

She was born September 3, 1934 a native of Gaston County, the daughter of the late June Monroe Wylie and Viola Davis Wylie.

Shirley retired from Goodwill Industry.  She loved her family and Goodwill family.

Left to cherish her memories are her sons Kirby Dean Case and wife, Lisa and Randy Lee Case; grandchildren Charity D. Case, Nathan Holcombe, Dewey Lee Case and Layla Case and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Lee Case; siblings Dexter Wylie, Pauline Bingham, J.C. Wylie, Rachel Teague, Joseph Wylie, Riley Wylie and Ethel Wylie.

A funeral service will be held at noon on Saturday, July 15th at Lowell Church of God, 804 W. 1st Street, Lowell.

Visitation will be held 6 – 8 pm at Greene Funeral Service - South Chapel - 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gaston Hospice, PO Box 3984, Gastonia, N.C. 28054.

Her final resting place will be in Hollywood Cemetery.
