Shirley Bollinger Garrett Bourne 1938 - 2014 Shirley Bollinger Garrett Bourne, 76, of Dallas, passed away Friday, October 10, 2014 at her residence. She was born July 11, 1938 daughter of the late Irie and Hester Bollinger. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Dale Nathan Garrett, and husbands, Jerome Garrett and Gary Bourne. Mrs. Bourne is survived by her sons, Tony Garrett Sr. and Mike Garrett; daughter, Vicky Anthony; sister, Pearl Woodby and husband Allan of Iron Station; brothers, Grayton Bollinger and wife Hazel of Kings Mountain, Floyd Bollinger and wife Sandy of Lebo, Kansas, Edward Bollinger and wife Judy of Maiden, and Larry Bollinger of Crouse; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren, The family will receive friends from 1:30pm until 2:30pm Wednesday, October 15 at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Rd., Gastonia A graveside service, officiated by Rev. Scotty Callahan, will be held 3pm Wednesday, October 15 at Gaston Memorial Park. Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
