Sherri Hamrick

Connelly Springs, NC Sherri Hamrick, 43, who was born again and went home to be with the Lord on September 30, 2012, at Grace Hospital, Morganton. She was born August 12, 1969 in Catawba County, NC, Sherri was a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend to many. She had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone that she could. She was a member of Faith Olive Baptist Church, Hickory. Private service and burial to be held at a later date. She is survived by: her son, Jesse Wright and wife, Emily of Connelly Springs; daughter, Brandi Wright of Lincolnton; biological mother, Rebecca Shaw of Hickory; fiance, Donald McCracken of Morganton; brothers and sisters; Kathy Helms of Vale, Eddie Hamrick of Hickory, Teresa Bailey and spouse, Ronnie, Alisa Hartsoe and spouse, Jerry all of Hickory, Aaron Hamrick and spouse, Barbara of Lincolnton, Donna Turner and spouse Steve of Blacksburg, SC, Kim Pilkington and spouse, Luke, Ricky Wray and spouse, Kim all of Kings Mountain, Vicky Stokes, Jody Wray and spouse, Sheena all of Shelby; grandson, Maddox Wright; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by; her father, Donald Grayson Hamrick; mother, Frances Thomas of Lincolnton; brother in-law, Dorce Helms.
